I have practiced in Heywood since 1982 having originally trained and qualified with a large Manchester firm. I now specialise in and have an extensive experience of family Law and I am a member of Resolution.

I specialise in divorce, separation, financial settlements involving business assets, pensions and investments, Pre-nuptial Agreements and Co-habitation Agreements.

A background in conveyancing enables me to offer a more comprehensive and practical service to my clients, particularly where matters involve property transactions or related issues.

I pride myself on a no-nonsense approach and being able to empathise with my client whilst still offering objective pragmatic advice to work towards a quick resolution, which is therefore more cost effective. On the whole, I work on personal recommendations which is a good indication of the satisfaction of my clients with my work.
